Alexandra Eichberger is Vice President Change & HR Excellence at Magenta Telekom. Together with her team, she primarily drives forward the topics of Corporate Culture, Leadership, Learning and New Ways of Working. She is also responsible for Employee Experience, Employer Branding and Health Management. Previously, she held various HR positions at A1 Telekom Austria, most recently as Head of Change Implementation, and worked in HR consulting. The Upper Austrian studied International Business Administration in Vienna and completed an Executive MBA in Berlin.
