NOTE: All tickets are valid for the whole conference, all time zones, whatever parts of the program you choose to participate in.

Where are the Access Links?
If you already registered for the conference, then you have received the video access information (Zoom Links) for next week.
If you can’t find it, please check your Spam folder for email from eventbrite. You can also register at eventbrite www.eventbrite.com/x/133987212359, using the email you purchased the ticket(s) with and read all access information there.

What is your refund policy?
As a non-profit event we can not refund tickets. Should you really not be able to attend any part of the conference, after having purchased your ticket, we strongly recommend handing over the ticket to one of your friends or colleagues.
Can I choose the days I use a multiday pass for?
There is no limitation of tickets for a specific day. All tickets count for all days and all available time zones (program parts) of the conference, whenever you choose to participate.
Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk ticket options for groups of 4 or more people. For groups starting at 15 people from one organization, we offer to publish the logo and name of your company as ‘supporting organizations’ on this website.
How do I get online access to the event?
We will send out your detailed access information a few days before the conference week to the email address, you provided during registration.
