Successful Agile Coaching Engagements through the Team Contracting Model
In this interactive session, Tammy will present a story about how a major problem with Agile implementations / business transformation is that they are driven by one leader and people are told what to do (the expected outcome?). There is rarely a Systemic approach implemented. Time for Stakeholder management/checkpoints is not agreed upfront.
The story will cover how to take a systemic approach and engage stakeholders in critical project elements using a tested model with Agile teams across complex adaptive environments and with working parties.
The Learning will be Team Contracting Model for creating the Coaching / Agile Coaching engagement. Creating Meeting Checkpoints with Stakeholders with shared outcomes and responsibilities.
