How we could have saved even more lives
Alan Lefebvre will present a story about How we could have saved even more lives.
The story will cover a personal field experience, leading a team that was dealing with the most severe cholera outbreak.
The Learning will be “What makes your learning culture being pivotal for your strategy/business?”
While I have roots in France, I am a permanent resident in Norway since 2010. Amazing country, people, nature, and a very inclusive society. My best weekend and resting times are synonyms of walking in the forest, with my partner & twin 8 yrs old boys, or running on my own, still in the forest.
Before such weekends, I work with unlocking the potential of individuals and teams, enabling transformations.I enjoy and have experience with teaching, facilitating, mentoring, coaching in an international work environment. I find inspiration with my colleagues and peers, by networking & exploring for innovations. Currently, as HR director, I lead an amazing team of people, all experts in various HR domains, at Doctors Without Borders. Concretely, I deal with uncertainty, in a complex organization. And I like it.
