Our way to agility at Renault Group

For its first conference at BAI, Nathalie Barbier, director of agile center for Renault at Renault Digital and Patrice Hamel, VP, Vehicle development at Renault Group, will share an overview of agility inside the group. After a first global introduction, they will focus on the transformation at IS/IT then at the vehicle development, sharing their approach, successes and challenges. Given the size of the company, they will also share some transversal initiatives to support the spread of an agile mindset and practices. Finally, they will comment about their future challenges and open a session of exchanges with the community.
